What Do You Tell Yourself? :)

“Some days are just bad days, that’s all. You have to experience sadness to know happiness, and I remind myself that not every day is going to be a good day, that’s just the way it is!” ~Dita Von Teese

Tell Yourself:By Doe Zantamata

Everything will work out.

Things will get better.

You are important.

You are worthy of great things.

You are lovable.

The time is now.

This too, shall pass.

You can be who you really are.

The best is yet to come.

You are strong.

You can do this.

What do you tell yourself? When you look in the mirror, do you see a winner? Are you someone you can be proud of? Do you do honorable acts of kindness? When given the decision, would you do the right thing? Even if it meant making the “tough” decision? Believe it or not, all of these things depend heavily upon what you tell yourself! 🙂 If your life depended on the positive thoughts you told yourself and the thoughts others told you, how dramatically would your thoughts change towards yourself and others? I have a feeling the world would become a much more positive place! 🙂 How about starting now, we change our thoughts? Instead of saying, “I look awful today.” let’s change that to, “I am a beautiful human who’s going to have the best day possible!” Are you familiar with that quote that says how every journey of 1,000 miles begins with a single step? Well, what if there was a familiar quote that said, “The journey to loving oneself begins with one positive thought.”? Do you believe it?  ❤

Think About This: One positive thought, action, or word can or could make all the difference, right? So why not?! It’s all about changing negative patterns to positive patterns! It’s about making YOU feel the best you possibly can!!! 🙂

“Love yourself first and everything else falls into line. You really have to love yourself to get anything done in this world.” ~Lucille Ball
